PFA (Parents and Friends Association)
A huge welcome to all our Parents and Friends of St Oswald's. (PFA)
The PFA are a group of volunteers who help to raise funds for the school. The group is made up of parents and friends and we are always looking for new members to come along and join in. Whether you have lots of time or only a little we value all who feel they can contribute to fundraising for the school. The group meet about regularly (more often on the build up to an event) in school. The meetings are very informal and relaxed as discussion takes place about forthcoming events being planned. The PFA organise a variety of events over the school year to raise funds for extra treats for the children.
If you can only call in for 10 minutes, please do, you'll be most welcome and tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits are always available (in fact these are a must at our meetings!)
Any parents with babies or toddlers, please don’t think this will stop you from coming as we've had many a 'member' start from a very young age!
If you want to become a member, please come along and find out what its all about.
For details on our next event or information about how you can join in please contact Mrs McNally on 0151 525 4580 and press 3.
