Year 6 SATS
Next week are the year 6 SATS tests, we know this can be stressful for some children and
are doing utmost to support the children through this. We would like to invite all year 6
children to attend a free breakfast club, starting at 8.30am each morning Monday - Thursday
next week. We hope this will ensure all the children are in school in plenty of time, will have
eaten a healthy breakfast and be together to support each other. It will also give us the time
with any individual children to put into place calming strategies if needed and a quick mental
starter of revision before the tests. Please see below for the timetable of tests:
Monday Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar paper 9.15am – 10.15am
Playtime
Spelling - 11.00am
Tuesday Reading paper - 9.15 -10.30
Playtime
Wednesday Maths paper 1 - 9.00am – 9.45am
Playtime
Maths Paper 2 - 10.15am – 11:10am
Thursday Maths paper 3 - 9.15am – 10.00am Playtime
Friday Trip to Laurel’s Wood.
