School Spider have informed us that parents are currently being prompted to update the app. Their team have resolved the issue; however, users may still be prompted to download the ParentMail app if the app was not updated.  If you’re directed to the ParentMail app, please close it, delete and reinstall the School Spider app via the App Store / Google Play.
