Guinness World Records

Guinness World Records

Tomorrow the National Literacy trust and the British Council will attempt to set a new Guinness World Records title for the most people reading online in 12 hours, creating a shared reading moment that connects people across the UK and around the world.

From 9am to 9pm, a series of hour-long online events for all age groups will feature authors and creators, each session will include 10 minutes when everyone reads together.  Participants can read whatever they are into: books, comics, magazines etc.

In school we will be reading along to be part of this amazing attempt. Join us at home – reading for 10 minutes - and be part of the fun!
