Attendance at School / Absences / Medical Appointments
If your child is being picked up by someone else, please let class teacher know as early as possible. This will help to reduce lessons being interrupted throughout the day with messages and reduce the high number of emails/phone calls received. Office emails are not monitored constantly throughout the school day, therefore messages left via email could be too late to pass onto the class teacher.
If you're reporting a pupil absence please call the school office on 01515254580 and leave a message. You can also use the School Spider App to report your child's absence. Please use this app if you do not have credit on your phone to make a call.
The school needs to be informed of any medical appointments as soon as possible and proof needs to be provided.
