Ozzy's

Each week, Ozzy's is one of the after school clubs offered by the school and Church. Our Church volunteers collect the children from school and head over to Church, where Nell always has the biscuits ready!
In the Autumn term last year, we looked at stories from the Old Testament and we enjoyed finding out about Moses, Rahab, Ruth and Samuel to name but  few. In the Spring term, we began looking at Gospel stories. It's great to spend time looking at the Bible together and learning about the messages shared. We try hard to think about how each message impacts the way we live our lives and the choices we make.
There's also time for a few games and craft activities.
As a Church, we love welcoming the children in and are grateful for the opportunity given by the school to do this. It's such a privilege to share our faith and get to know the children, they are a wonderful bunch!  We can't wait to start up again, once it is safe to do so.

Messy church
On the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 4.30pm, Church hosts our own "Messy Church" where families can come and meet together. There is always a short Biblical message, with craft activities (which is where most of the mess comes in) and games. We also share a meal together to finish. Messy is a great chance for families to hear about Jesus, to get to know some of our Church family and just to spend some time together. It is very relaxed and informal. Everyone is welcome and dates are shared on the Church Facebook page. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces and hope to welcome some new ones soon!
