RE - Jesus, Friend to Everyone

Our RE unit Jesus, friend to everyon gives the children the opportunity to enjoy the stories of Jesus' miracles and to increase children's awareness that Jesus was an extraordinary person who welcomed everyone as a friend.
We talked about who our friends are and why they are so special to us. We were able to retell the stories of some of Jesus' miracles through drama including The Ten Lepers (Lk 17: 11-19), Blind Bartimaeus (Mk 10: 46-52) (Lk 18: 35-43) and The man being lowered through the rood by his friends (Lk 5: 17-26)
