Mrs Carr's Monday Morning Message 22.6.20

Date: 22nd Jun 2020 @ 11:33am

Good morning,

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. It is so lovely to see so many smiley faces back in school. For those working hard at home keep up the great work, you are all doing amazingly. Oliver has made a bird feeder at home, that is so thoughtful. I wonder what birds will visit Oliver's garden?

I took my girls to Ruff Woods in Ormskirk and we had a lovely walk. We found a quarry with a rope swing which was great fun, even I had a go! We managed to get home just before the rain began.

Last week in school a hedgehog was found. It was a little bit poorly so Miss Murtagh rang an animal resucue shelter to come to get it. Here they take good care of hedgehogs and once they are better they can then be released back into the outdoors. What do hedgehogs like to eat? Maybe you could make a little fact file about hedgehogs.

Keep working hard and keep smiling,

Mrs Carr
