Welcome to St.Oswald’s Church of England Primary School’s new web site.

As you explore the pages we hope they will give you a taste of our school and its community. The school is a one form entry primary school with a nursery class and offsite Children's Centre. It has 250 pupils aged 3 – 11 years and a dedicated and committed staff team who strive to provide the best possible opportunities for all of our pupils. The school serves the neighbourhood of Netherton and beyond and has close links with St.Oswald’s Church. The history of the school can be found elsewhere on our web site; it indicates that the school has undergone numerous changes during the fifty years of its existence. Today it is involved in a range of activities which aim to develop all of our pupils and provide wider opportunities for their families. A visit to our Awards section will illustrate the outstanding achievement which has taken place in our school.

Of course exploring the web site is not the same as touring the school and we hope that after visiting our web site that interested parents and staff will be tempted to come and see St. Oswald’s for themselves.
