Keeping fit and active is more important than ever at the moment. Here are some activities you can complete to help you #StayHomeStayActive.  Make sure to take photos and tweet them to school @StOswaldsCEP

              

Active Sefton have created an Active Sefton Youtube channel with videos with children's exercises/activities that are useful for you to complete at home. More sessions will be added over the coming weeks. Currently, there are exercise to music activities and junior fitness circuits and yoga.

In school, Beth Tweddle Gymnastics coach us for gymnastics every Monday and Tuesday. They have provided us with pack for you to complete at home.

P.E with Joe each morning at 9am is a great way to start your day. You can watch and take part live or catch up any time by viewing the videos on his YouTube channel.

Go Noodle offer Good Energy at Home resources that you can complete to stay active, mindful and keep on learning. Go Noodle Family has a range of free, fun videos you can watch and participate in to keep active!

Family Fit Club on Youtube offer workout videos that children and their families can access regardless of age or ability. The vidoes have been designed by children and PE teachers to ensure children stay engaged and have fun! No equipment is needed and the videos have a variety of themes including: The Olympics, superheroes, dance, music, sport and many more!

Change4Life have fun Disney inspired games and examples of ways to keep active indoors. 

This Girl Can have teamed up with Disney to create Dance-Alongs you can complete at home.

Youth Sport Trust are promoting the #StayHomeStayActive. The trust have provided a variety of free resources and physical challenges to complete to keep your body and mind fit and active.
