Homework
Year 1 Homework
Dear parents, children home learning and at school,
Now Year One have returned to school, homework will resume as normal. The children are expected to read each night and to record their reading in their Reading Records. Books are changed twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays, when signed by a parent.
There will be IXL tasks assigned each week for English and mathematics. These are click and answer style questions and the children will need to log onto the IXL website.
The children are encouraged to read and revise key knowledge from their History and Geography organisers which can be downloaded on the right hand side.
Spellings will be handed out on Fridays and will be tested the following Thursday.
All of these activities have been collected together in the Year One, Google Classroom. The children have been given a login, but if you need help to access the classroom, please contact me.
Take care,
Mrs Brunyee
