Returning to School

Returning to school

We are so pleased that we have had almost all children return to school.  I’d like to thank you for your understanding regarding the staggered starts and entrances – I do understand the inconvenience of this to many of you, especially those with siblings in different parts of the school.  Working together is always beneficial and if there are any issues please speak to the school office or a member of staff.

Some children and parents may still have concerns regarding this but all measures will be in place in order to provide a safe school environment.  We will be keeping the website up to date and have uploaded more activities and information for you regarding keeping the children safe online and also for emotional and mental well – being.  Please see the website for activities for your children and yourselves.  I have also attached a leaflet for all parents to use with their children if they feel this is necessary.  This is also available on the school website on the well-being tab.

Hopefully these changes will only be temporary and we would ask for your patience and understanding while these measures are in place.

There will also have to be restrictions on many of our usual school activities such as school performances and delivery of some lessons.  I am sure if we all work together to keep everyone safe we will get through this strange time together. Please see the Government guidance below for parents.
